Travels 

 

I believe traveling can be a powerful tool for personal development and can enlighten one about so many things. Here are a few places that I have had the privilage to travel to:

Food 

 

Eating homecooked meals is one of the best ways to stay healthy and close with the ones you love. I enjoy knowing what I am putting into my body so these are a few of my go-to recipes: 

 

         Fresh Pesto 

  • 3 cups fresh Basil Leaves 

  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil 

  • 1/3 cup Pine nuts or Walnust 

  • 1/4 cup Parmesean Cheese 

  • Sundried Tomatoes to taste

 

         Balsamic Chicken

  • 4 Chicken Breasts  

  • 1 can Chopped Tomatoes

  • 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar 

  • 4 fresh Basil Leaves

  • 1 tsp Oregeno

  • 1 tsp Rosemary 

  • 1 tsp chopped Garlic 

  • 1 tsp Olive Oil 

 

 

Movies 

 

Nothing is better than getting caught up in a great movie or television series. I really enjoyed watching these Hollywood hits:

         House of Cards

         Mad Men

         The Departed

         Game of Thrones  

Books 

 

Reading is a great way to learn new things and let your imagination grow. I try to dedicate a certain time every day to pick up book. Here are some of my favorites:
